We adore Kim. She not only helped us buy our dream home but helped us sell our current home. She is reliable, knowledgeable, kind, and a great communicator. We always felt like we were being taken care of and well informed of everything that was going on throughout both processes of buying and selling. She also had great advice, but it never felt like she was pushing us on anything. We wouldn’t trust anybody else with such a huge life transition for our family.

I have had the pleasure of working with Kim two times in the last three years. Kim was recommended to me by my relocation company when I was moving from France to WA in 2020. I couldn’t come and view properties in person due to the pandemic restrictions. After a few online calls, she found me the perfect house and then took care of everything so that I could move in within a few weeks of arriving back in the USA. It takes a lot of trust to purchase a home unseen, but it was obvious from the start that I was safe in Kim’s hands. She found a home that was perfect for me in every way. However, plans changed and now I’m moving back to Europe. There was no question who I would trust to take care of selling the house, and Kim exceeded even the highest expectations. The house sold for an excellent price within a short time. Again, Kim took care of everything a busy person could ask for. As well as being completely professional, she’s a lot of fun to work with. It’s often said that buying and selling a home is one of life’s most stressful activities, but not if you engage the right professional to take care of it for you. I strongly recommend Kim for your home purchase and sale.

We had the pleasure to work with Kim as our seller's agent for my corporate relocation from Camas, WA. The relocation company gave us a couple agents to choose from, and it was clear right off the bat that Kim was the right choice. She came prepared to our first meeting with a market analysis already completed, including comparables and prior research on our home. It was clear from her report that she has a fundamental understanding of the Clark County market, knows how to spot key selling points (and deterrents), and has the knowledge to properly market the home, including finding the optimal price. Kim is a great communicator and a top notch human being. She carries herself with integrity but is not afraid to fight when the time is right. She took the time to walk us through every offer, and created a comparison sheet for each offer with pros and cons of each. The result was very positive: we received a great offer significantly over asking (in a slowing market), and Kim developed a relationship with the buyer's agent that allowed for a smooth process throughout. This helped avoid any contentious issues, resulting in a positive experience for buyers and sellers. We recommend Kim to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, and we have already provided her name to a few folks in the area also planning to enter the market soon.

Working with Kim was such a positive experience in every way. She worked diligently to ensure we felt secure during such a stressful selling time. Kim was respectful of our family home and honored the memories and emotions that came along with selling. Every bump that came up along the selling process, Kim handled it expertly. She kept us updated the entire time and we never felt out of the loop. Kim is a true professional. We have gone through 3 different transactions over the past 14 years and we knew Kim was taking the best care of us in all of those transactions.
